90s 'Plein Sud' Sheer Dress

Vintage 1990s ‘Plein Sud’ aqua green very short and sheer dress. Great for wearing over aswimsuit or a bikini. Made from slightly shimmery and stretchy jersey. 

Size: There is no size label but I would say fits like a size S or M. 

Very good vintage condition - There are some pulled threads on some parts.

Measurements: 
- Shoulders 15
- Chest 36" and stretches to around 43" 
- Waist 31" and stretches to around 37" 
- Length 28" 
- Sleeve length 25.5"
