00s 'Plein Sud' Midi Skirt

Vintage 2000s ‘Plein Sud’ turquoise asymmetrical mid-length skirt. The waist is elasticated so the skirt can be worn mid or low waisted. Made from stretchy jersey fabric.

Great vintage condition - some light wear/bobbling to be expected due to age.

Size: Labelled as a size 38/6 (Small) and I'd say fits true to size. Could also be worn on a size XS. For reference the mannequin is a size XS.

Measurements:
- Waist 28.5" and can be stretches to around 34" (please note this measurement doesn't sit on the waist but a bit below as the skirt is mid/low waisted)
- Hips 32" and can be stretches to around 40"
- Length 19" (shortest) 26.5" (longest)
