00s 'Plein Sud' Grey Midi Skirt

Vintage 2000s ‘Plein Sud’ grey mid-length skirt with ruching on one side. Made from stretchy jersey. Can be worn mid or low waisted. 

Good vintage condition - some small pulls in the back of the skirt were some have become tiny holes. The fabric is backed by another layer of the same fabric so this isn't too noticeable. Priced accordingly.

Size: Labelled as a size 38/6 (Small) and fits true to size although would also fit a size XS and Medium because of how stretchy the fabric is. For reference the mannequin is a size XS.

Measurements:
- Waist 23" and stretches to around 36" 
- Length 21.5"
