Shipping
I usually send orders every Monday but might be delayed if there are any bank holidays or a higher amount of orders that week.

Packaging
All orders are sent in recyclable paper bags or cardboard boxes. Labels are printed on recycled paper and packages are sealed with kraft tape which means you can pop your parcel straight into the recycling or compost bin. If you find some plastic bubble wrap in your parcel, it has been repurposed and never bought brand new.

Sizing
Unless stated as 'labelled as' all sizing is approximate using a size chart (this is for clothes as well as shoes) but it is always better to compare the measurements to an item you already own to make sure it fits.

Orders
For international orders, please add a contact number to your final order (in the notes) as some couriers require this information for a faster and more secure delivery. This will only be used for this purpose and won’t be shared with anyone but them.
